Reasons for a home appraisal

Mortgage financing, marital settlements, estate valuations, legal matters such as valuation disputes, and foreclosure/forced sale often require a home appraisal. Frequently, a forensic or “retrospective” appraisal is required to show the value of a home at a certain point in history. We also work for appraisal management companies, banks, credit unions, private lenders, mortgage brokers and all manner of financial institutions.
